Alison Galvani wins Bellman Prize

Alison Galvani, professor of epidemiology (microbial diseases) at the Yale School of Public Health, and co-author Timothy C. Reluga, assistant professor of mathematics and biology at Pennsylvania State University, were selected as the winners of the 14th Bellman Prize for their paper “A General Approach for Population Games with Application to Vaccination.”

The prize is awarded every two years for the best paper published in the journal Mathematical Biosciences. It includes a cash prize to the authors.
