Scenes from Move-In Day 2026

Not even a rainy morning could dampen the energy of move-in day Sunday, when members of the Yale College Class of 2030 arrived on campus and moved into their residential colleges. President Maurie McInnis and Yale College Dean Pericles Lewis were out and about, too, welcoming students and families and lending a hand. Here are some scenes from a busy day that ended with sunshine and smiles.
