Three faculty members named to C.N.H. Long Professorships

Andrew Goodman, Dr. Kevan Herold, and Dr. Amy Caroline Justice were appointed to C.N.H. Long Professorships.

Goodman, named as the C.N.H. Long Professor of Microbial Pathogenesis, focuses his research on the gut microbiome — the collection of bacteria, mostly in the gastrointestinal tract, that every person acquires after birth. Read Goodman’s announcement.

Herold, designated as the C.N.H. Long Professor of Immunobiology and of Medicine, conducts research on the basis for autoimmune diseases and develops new therapies based on these studies. Read Herold’s announcement.
