Go behind the scenes at the American Decorative Arts Furniture Study for a tour focusing on works made in and around Rhode Island — in conjunction with the exhibition “Art and Industry in Early America: Rhode Island Furniture, 1650–1830.” Free (space is limited). See a screening of Einstein’s God Model, where string theory and the afterlife collide as researcher Brayden Taylor embarks on a quest to contact another dimension. Called “an enduring mind bender” by the L.A. Times, this award-winning independent sci-fi film is the first in a series of adventures based on real science.
