The Warren Memorial High Scholarship Prize for the senior majoring in the humanities who ranks highest in scholarship is awarded this year to Leah Anne Latterner of Calhoun College.
Leah Anne Latterner
Leah Latterner has distinguished herself not only through her scholarship and her research at the Yale Child Study Center but also through her accomplishments as a musician. In her time at Yale, she has sung and held an officer position with the Yale Glee Club, has been principal flautist with the Yale Concert Band, and has cultivated her skills in piano and composing. Ms. Latterner is a member of the Psi Chi Psychology Honor Society, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa after only four terms of enrollment.
Now, after completing 39.5 course credits, Ms. Latterner has earned Distinction in both her Music major and her Psychology major andgraduates summa cum laude, with no grade lower than A- and 38.5 course credits of straight A.
In recognition of her extraordinary achievements as a student and musician, Yale College is proud to award the Warren Memorial High Scholarship Prize this year to Leah Anne Latterner.
