Akhil Amar, professor of law and political science, was the guest on C-SPAN’s “Washington Journal” on March 27.

Appearing with Amar was Stephen Presser, legal history professor at Northwestern Law. The two discussed the individual mandate included in the health care law and the legal arguments for and its constitutionality.
