Levin to discuss Yale’s priorities at town meetings

In a letter to the Yale community today (Jan. 19), President Richard C. Levin announced that he and the officers will discuss the University’s goals in the first of a series of town hall meetings.

“In this initial session, I will discuss Yale’s strategic initiatives and priorities, and what I hope we will achieve this year and in the future,” he wrote.

“In hosting these Town Hall meetings,” he added, “I seek to inform and also engage you in dialogue, and I am eager to hear your reactions and suggestions.”

There will be two sessions: Thursday, Feb. 3, 8:30-9:30 a.m. at Battell Chapel, corner of Elm and College streets; and Friday, Feb. 4, 8:30-9:30 a.m. at Harkness Memorial Auditorium, 333 Cedar St.

The event is open to faculty and staff only, and requires CAS login. To register, click here. Space is limited.
