Nancy Moran Receives International Prize for Biology from the Japanese Society

Yale University’s Nancy Moran this week received the International Prize for Biology from the Japanese Society for the Promotion of Science.

The William H. Fleming Professor of Biology received the award, which commemorates the 60-year reign of Emperor Showa, for her work on symbiotic relationships between insects and bacteria that live within them.
