A newly renovated two-family home in New Haven at 65 Bristol Street, the joint effort of Yale University and Beulah Land Development Corporation, will be dedicated in a ceremony on September 9, 11 a.m.

Located on the corner of Bristol and Ashmun streets, next to a construction in progress that will house a Yale police facility and community learning center, the improved home is part of the University’s commitment to revitalizing the Dixwell neighborhood.

The house was purchased at below market value by James Bradley through the popular Yale Homebuyer Program. Bradley joins 632 other Yale employees who have benefited from the program. Yale’s commitment of $14 million to the successful venture has yielded over $84 million in home purchases by Yale employees.
