Freshman Assembly to be held Saturday, October 11

Yale President Richard C. Levin and Yale College Dean Richard H. Brodhead will speak at the Freshman Assembly for the Yale College class of 2007 on Saturday, October 11 at 10:15 a.m. in Woolsey Hall, corner of Grove and College Streets.

Media wishing to attend the Freshman Assembly may cover the event from the right side of the balcony nearest to the stage. A mult box will be provided. No media coverage is permitted from other locations in Woolsey Hall.

Because of limited seating, any television crews planning on covering the event must reserve space in advance by notifying the Office of Public Affairs by close of business on Friday, October 10. In addition, television crews must be set up prior to the start of the event at 10:15 a.m. and not break down their equipment until the Assembly is over. Freshman Assembly typically lasts for one hour.
