Yale University Properties will hold a news conference Tuesday, September 30 to introduce two new retail businesses to serve New Haven.
The news conference with the owners of the new ventures will be held at 3 p.m. adjacent to The Toystore on Audubon Street off of Whitney Avenue in the Audubon Arts District.
One of the new retail businesses will be located on Audubon Street and the other will operate in the Broadway district. Both new ventures are locally owned and will open this fall.
University Properties leases space to 71 merchants, of which 66 are local and independent.
