Location changed: Salman Rushdie Tanner Lecture on Monday Moved to Battell Chapel

Internationally acclaimed author Salman Rushdie will deliver a lecture in two parts titled "Step Across This Line" as this year's Tanner lecturer, focusing on the theme, "The Virtues of Tolerance and the Crossing of Lines: Islam in the History of Western Culture," today at 4 p.m. at Yale's Battell Chapel, corner of Elm and College streets. Access is via the Elm Street or Old Campus entrances only.

Tomorrow’s lecture will take place as scheduled at 4:30 p.m. in the Levinson Auditorium of Yale Law School, corner of Wall and High streets. Access is via the High Street entrance only.
