Comcast to Televise Yale's Weekend of Tercentennial Events

Comcast, the regional cable service provider for Greater New Haven, will televise live a series of events at Yale University that conclude the school's yearlong celebration of its 300th anniversary.

Comcast, the regional cable service provider for Greater New Haven, will televise live a series of events at Yale University that conclude the school’s yearlong celebration of its 300th anniversary.

The telecasts begin on Friday at 1:30 p.m with coverage of the Tercentennial Convocation on Cross Campus. Later on Friday, coverage will begin at 7 p.m. at Yale Bowl with the Tercentennial Gala stage show. On Saturday, coverage of former President Bill ClintonÕs speech will begin at 3 p.m.

The rain date for the Yale Bowl event is Saturday, Oct. 6.
