Chinese Consul General Zhang Hongxi to Unveil Portrait of Yung Wing at Yale
The unveiling of a portrait painted by Judith Reeve of Yung Wing, the first person from China to graduate from an American university (Yale) in 1854, will take place Friday. Media coverage is limited to the unveiling ceremony only. No interviews with the speakers will be possible following the ceremony.
