Yale School of Nursing to Host Doctoral Open House
The Yale School of Nursing will host an open house for prospective doctoral students on Saturday, Nov.7., from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 100 Church St. South.
The program chair, Ruth McCorkle, Ph.D., F.A.A.N., will offer an overview of YSN’s Doctor of Nursing Science Program. McCorkle is also director of the Center for Excellence in Chronic Illness Care and an internationally known expert in cancer nursing.
The morning will offer the chance for prospective students to talk with distinguished faculty about their research and also to meet current students in the program. The open house will provide an opportunity to learn about academics, financial aid and student life at Yale. Individual appointments with faculty and staff can be made by advance arrangement.
To register, call (203) 785-2389.
