Local real estate developers Herbert H. Pearce and Simon Konover will join Yale University President Richard C. Levin and New Haven Mayor John DeStefano Jr. for an announcement tomorrow about the Whitney Grove Square office building at the corner of Whitney Avenue and Grove Street.
