‘Table Settings: Food Conversations at Schwarzman Center’

"Table Settings: Food Conversations at the Schwarzman Center," held on Oct. 27 featured four world-renowned chefs who talked with students about significant issues and trends in today’s changing world of food. The chefs designed a multi-course dinner for students’ enjoyment and discussed fundamental questions, such as: Where does our food come from? What does it mean to eat well? How does food affect our sense of community and identity, in addition to our health and happiness? This was the first of three at the Schwarzman Center during the academic year designed give students a taste of the kind of programming to expect when the Center reopens in 2020 after a major renovation and expansion.
