Chinedum Osuji awarded Dillon Medal by American Physical Society

Chinedum Osuji, associate professor of chemical and environmental engineering, was selected by the American Physical Society as the 2015 recipient of the Dillon Medal of the Division of Polymer Physics.

Chinedum Osuji, associate professor of chemical and environmental engineering, was selected by the American Physical Society as the 2015 recipient of the Dillon Medal of the Division of Polymer Physics.  

The medal is awarded annually to “one person for outstanding accomplishment and unusual promise in research in polymer physics.” Chinedum was recognized for “fundamental insights into block copolymer self-assembly under applied fields.”

The award consists of $2,000, up to $1,000 allowance for travel to the meeting of the society at which the Dillon Medal is presented, a bronze medallion, and a certificate citing the accomplishments of the recipient.
