“Connecticut Coast & Long Island Sound” is an e-book that provides a comprehensive guide to the natural history of the Connecticut coastline and Long Island Sound. 

Illustrated with over 700 color images, photographs, and maps, the book features details on the plants, animals, geology, and ecology of the coast. It also includes extensive field guides to nine parks along the Connecticut shore. 

Major features of the book include details of 585 species of wild plants and animals, guides and maps of nine major shoreline parks along the Connecticut coast, comprehensive coverage of the wildlife of major shoreline environments and Long Island Sound, and analysis of the geologic and human history of the Connecticut coast.
