Laugh with Eddie Izzard at a presentation of Eddie Izzard ‘Force Majeure’ — a preview of the landmark version of “Force Majeure” to be performed in three languages in Normandy, France. Free (but register in advance). Whitney Humanities Center Auditorium, 53 Wall St. 7 p.m. in German; 8 p.m. in French; 9 p.m. in English, followed by a Talk Back.

Experience TEDxYale 2014: Exploring the Footnotes, Yale’s annual TEDx conference featuring filmmakers, researchers, public health specialists, authors, psychologists, dancers, and more. Yale Repertory Theatre, 1120 Chapel St. 10 a.m.
Celebrate the opening of the new exhibition “Tiny Titans: Dinosaur Eggs and Babies” at Dino Egg-stravaganza. Come for games, craft activities, storytelling, and an “egg-cellent” scavenger hunt. Yale Peabody Museum of Natural History, 170 Whitney Ave. 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
