Pizza Fest on the Green, featuring pies from pizzerias all around town; proceeds benefi New Haven’s Connection Fund. Noon-2 p.m. (Also: June 27–28, noon.) Info.

Kronos Quartet on the Green, a concert of works especially created for the Grammy Award-winning group, who will be joined by Chinese pipa player Wu Man, recently named Musical America’s musician of the year. Saturday, 7 p.m. Free. Info.

International Silat Federation of Indonesia and America o the Green, showcasing the traditional movements, dance, arts, and theater of the Minangkabau people of West Sumatra. Friday, noon. Free. Info.

“songbirdsongs,” a presentation of John Luther Adams’ “songbirdsongs” by Train Bleu, a new ensemble led by flutist Ransom Wilson. Sunday, 5 p.m. Info.

“Compagnie Käfig,” a group of Brazilian dancers presenting their fusion of hip hop, copoeira, and acrobatics. Friday, 8 p.m.; Saturday, 2 p.m. Info.

Washboard Slim and the Bluelights on the Green,
