Senator Richard Blumenthal (CT-D) will join a panel of Yale faculty to talk about climate change communication, climate and clean energy policy, and climate science. The event, sponsored by the Sierra Club and the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies (F&ES), is being held in response to President Obama’s call for community climate conversations.
“An Evening with Senator Blumenthal” will take place at Kroon Hall, 195 Prospect St. on Wednesday, March 27, at 6 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. It will also be live broadcast on YouTube.
Joining Blumenthal on the panel will be Anthony Leiserowitz from the Yale Project on Climate Change Communication, and Nadine Unger, assistant professor of atmospheric chemistry at F&ES. David Skelly, associate dean at F&ES, will moderate.
Questions for the panelists may be sent in advance to email@example.com. They may also be submitted at the event, or online in the comments section of the broadcast.
