Treasures of Yale: Yale Memorial Carillon

This segment of "Treasures of Yale" takes you to the top of Harkness Tower for a demonstration of the Memorial Carillon by Ellen Dickinson, Yale Bell consultant and adviser to the Guild of Carillonneurs. The 54-bell carillon — which was installed in 1921 — is played twice a day during the school year (12:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.) by a group of 25 students who comprise the Guild of Carillonneurs.
